The Vector B80 Transverse Output is Inverted

Connect the Vector to the Vector Interface app to inspect the cause.

Solutions

1. Check that Vector B80 analogue output connections are correct.

   Axial and Transverse measurements have separate BNC connections.

   See section Electrical Installation for more information.

2. Check that Vector B80 analogue scaling is correct.

   Vector expresses a reduction of strain or extension as a negative.

   For this to be recieved positive by the test control software, scale the voltage range to represent the invert of analogue output.
