The illumination of the markings changed prior to a change in strain during Measurement.

Considerations

If Measurement ended unexpectedly and this indicator is active, consider the following causes:

  1. Something blocked light from Vector to the specimen.

    Prevent any partial obstructions of the Vector lights.

  2. Daylight introduced a change in light levels.

    Shield the test area from changing daylight.

  3. Another light source introduced a change in light levels.

    Ensure that other light sources do not shine on the test area.
