When Measurement ended, the test experienced atleast one of the following cases:

  1. Markings were poorly applied

Clean and reapply markings aligned to the specimen.
See Specimen Marking for more information

Misaligned markings

  1. Specimen was incorrectly mounted in the load train.

Check that the specimen was secured strain within the grips. Poor mounting may introduce movement as load is applied.
See Vector not Vertical to Specimen for more information.
  2. Load train was incorrectly assembled to the line of load

Check that the grips and fixtures are aligned parallel along the line of load. Poor mounting may introduce movement as load is applied.
See Vector not Vertical to Specimen for more information.
